Job summary

You will assist customers, resolve questions, maintain inventory accuracy, support displays and pricing, process returns, and help with vendor deliveries.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.
• We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including required cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready.
• Complete returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to safe, and provide change at registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolve issues to ensure positive experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and order processing with warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing; ensure signage and displays are correct and compliant.
