Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and assists with products and services.
• Coaches team members in customer service best practices to ensure a great experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and store displays; supports pricing and signage.
• Handles vendor deliveries, backdoor access, and backroom operations as needed.
• Performs basic bookkeeping tasks, cash reports, and file records as requested.
• Ensures compliance with state/local laws on regulated products and store policies.
