Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required cash procedures.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Engages customers with a delightful experience and supports service traits.
• Acts as liaison when management unavailable, communicates tasks to team, and assists with backdoor deliveries.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, price changes, and proper store signage in compliance with regulations.
• Assists with cashier duties, examines register accuracy, and supports daily operations.
