Job summary

• Process product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as needed.
• Engage customers and patients, greet them, and assist with products and services to deliver a positive experience.
• Hold store keys to open/close without management and assist with vendor deliveries.
• Register all sales, document scanning errors, price verifications, and voids; assist with pricing tasks and signage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across departments, stockroom, and overstock locations and support display revisions.
