Walgreens Co. seeks a store associate to open and close the store when management is unavailable, handle cash and returns, and ensure a prepared floor and stock room for business. You will greet customers, assist with products, and uphold Walgreens service traits to deliver a delightful experience.

The role supports inventory, pricing, displays, and backroom operations while maintaining store cleanliness and regulatory compliance. Training will be provided as needed.

Formación

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients, greet them, and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory counts, pricing, and display readiness; ensure signage and compliance with local regulations.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance, including backdoor access for deliveries and vendor orders.
