FedEx Office is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to lead a store team and deliver a consistent, positive customer experience across production, retail, and shipping operations. The role includes supervising staff, coaching performance, and assisting the Store Manager with payroll, hiring, and daily close-out of POS.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1+ year of related, supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• 1+ year of related experience, prior supervisory experience preferred.
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring.

Responsabilités

• Lead store business unit and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Oversee production, retail, self service, and shipping processes.
• Provide training and development of team members on assigned shifts.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, payroll, and daily close-out of POS.
