You will educate customers about loyalty programs, assist with omni‑channel touchpoints, and help with opening/closing tasks while upholding compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in retail.
• Ability to educate customers on loyalty programs and promotions.
• Willingness to adapt to flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and moving merchandise as needed.
