Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Guest Experience Lead at The Shops at Mission Viejo. You will lead the floor to deliver exceptional guest service, provide technical product education, and drive daily sales targets with the store leadership team.

You will oversee onboarding, coaching, and development of team members, while ensuring operational readiness and a positive, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution)
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver exceptional guest experiences and oversee technical product education.
• Act as Supervisor on Duty, guiding the team and driving daily sales goals.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training to build a high-performing store team.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching, and recognition to team members to support development.
• Ensure store readiness and operational excellence across shifts.
