Qualifications

• Ability to communicate expectations clearly and model best selling behaviors.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and move around sales floor, stockroom, and office.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership by performing assigned functional tasks.
• Role model selling behaviors to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and store services.
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks timely and efficiently.
• Maintain product knowledge across lifecycle and lifecycle stages.
• Support opening/closing checklists and omni-channel experiences.
• Ensure compliance with all standards.
