Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager with staffing, including scheduling during peak hours.
• Support hiring activities through recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified applicants.
• Ensure all orders, transfers, and shipments are processed timely and customers are notified.
• Manage opening/closing duties, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and timely communication of updates to the team.
