The Assistant Store Manager at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Oregon City will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and store operations. This role will manage the store during the Store Manager’s absence and lead the team to ensure excellent service to both retail and professional customers.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The position involves coaching team members, participating in hiring, scheduling, training, and ensuring adherence to company policies

Qualificações

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification; Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and ensure team adheres to service programs.
• Assist the store manager with staffing, scheduling, and achieving goals; coach and mentor team members.
• Participate in hiring tasks, interview processes, and selection with management.
• Ensure phone calls and inquiries are handled per policy and orders are processed timely.
• Oversee buy online/ship to store, transfers, and special orders; communicate shipment arrivals.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain invoicing accuracy for all merchandise, core charges, and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Conduct day-to-day store opening/closing duties and security checks.
