Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom, ensuring adherence to service programs.
• Ensure staffing at the sales counter during peak hours (lunch, late afternoon, evenings, weekends).
• Assist the store manager with setting team member goals, coaching, and training updates.
• Assist in hiring processes by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered per policy and orders are processed promptly.
