Qualifications

Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom, ensuring adherence to service programs.
Ensure staffing at the sales counter during peak hours (lunch, late afternoon, evenings, weekends).
Assist the store manager with setting team member goals, coaching, and training updates.
Assist in hiring processes by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
Ensure telephone calls are answered per policy and orders are processed promptly.
