Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew delivers outstanding customer service and a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Trains crew on customer service standards and operational procedures.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance to meet service goals.
• Assists with receiving and stocking to keep the floor merchandised and organized.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations, staff, and customer issues.
• Manages opening/closing duties including cash handling and security.
