Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, overseeing store operations, staff management, and customer service.
