Job summary

Five Below Inc. is hiring for an hourly store leadership role in Carrollton, TX. You will ensure exceptional customer service, train crew, and oversee daily store operations. Responsibilities include stock handling, opening/closing duties, and driving sales while managing costs.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, with college experience preferred, and strong verbal/written communication. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected; starting wage is $11.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check-out experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates, ensuring performance and customer service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for efficient shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Open/close responsibilities including cash handling, lock-up, and alarm setup.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and store routines.
• Perform store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
