Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store leadership role in Fort Worth, TX to ensure exceptional customer experiences and smooth daily operations. You will supervise crew, train staff, and drive sales while managing inventory and cash handling.

This hourly position requires flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts. The incumbent will act as Manager on Duty and be responsible for overall store performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and wow customers with personal, friendly service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast checkout.
• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle urgent issues.
• Open/close store operations, cash handling, and security checks.
• Coach onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and service.
