Job summary

Five Below in Brownsville, TX is seeking a capable store leader to oversee daily operations, train crew on the BEST customer service experience, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout.

You will open/close the store, manage cash, coordinate merchandising, and support onboarding while driving sales and maintaining store standards. A minimum of 1 year in a management role and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and the BEST customer service experience.
• Train crew on customer service and store policies.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock.
• Open or close the store, secure cash and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and staffing.
• Maintain store standards and perform routine maintenance.
