Job summary

Five Below in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking an experienced crew leader to join our store team. You will oversee daily store operations, coach associates, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for every guest.

As Manager on Duty when needed, you will secure cash, open or close the store, and collaborate with the leadership team on merchandising and world recovery. The role offers hourly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new items.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees store operations and staff.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising procedures and store recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
