Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.

• Ability to remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• WOW customers through personal contact with guests.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty handling store operations and staff.
• Open/close the store; secure cash, doors and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses via merchandising and service.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock room organization.
