Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Temple, TX is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations at the HomeGoods location. This role alternates with Coordinator duties and requires leadership, ongoing coaching, and a focus on customer experience.

Key Carriers must be available nights and weekends, work with a team, and model strong service while ensuring store procedures are followed and safety standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of store operations and merchandise flow.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience for all guests.
• Act as Manager on Duty following company policy.
• Ensure store operations and openings/closings are executed.
• Coach and provide feedback to Associates.
• Maintain associate coverage and safety standards.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
