Qualifications

• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of store systems and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
• Provides coaching to Associates and feedback to leadership
• Maintains appropriate Associate coverage for service areas
• Promotes and adheres to labor policies and safety procedures
