Job summary

Curaleaf in Miami, FL seeks a Lead Store Associate to guide a retail team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be a brand ambassador, drive performance, and help maintain a welcoming, compliant, high-performing store environment.

The role requires 1 year in customer-facing sales, 6 months in retail leadership, 6 months in store operations, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is$19.25/hr with 21+ age and HS diploma requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• 6 months of hands-on experience in store operations and cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver warm, welcoming customer experiences.
• Coach team to provide exceptional service with every interaction.
• Drive consultative selling and upsell products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and POS profiles.
• Open/close duties, cash reconciliation, and daily huddles.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and loss prevention.
