Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment.
• 1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum of 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment.
• 6+ months of hands-on retail store operations experience (opening/closing, cash reconciliation).
• Experience as a Store Associate demonstrating consistent performance in a regulated retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a warm, welcoming environment and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Empower associates to build relationships through personalized product recommendations and guidance.
• Drive consultative selling and upsell while promoting loyalty and rewards enrollment.
