Job summary

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate in Milton, FL to drive exceptional customer experiences while guiding a store team in daily retail operations. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, maintain compliance, train new hires, and ensure a welcoming, high-performing environment.

With open weekday/evening/weekend availability and a starting pay of $17.50/hr, you’ll contribute to KPIs, inventory accuracy, and a compliant checkout flow while delivering outstanding service and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• ≥1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• ≥1 year of experience using POS systems and cash handling.
• ≥6 months of leadership experience in retail.
• Retail store operations experience, including opening/closing and cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and coach your team.
• Drive store performance and act as brand ambassador.
• Verify IDs and maintain POS profiles.
• Maintain inventory integrity and order fulfillment.
• Lead opening/closing duties and daily huddles.
• Achieve daily KPI goals through upselling and product education.
• Maintain clean, compliant, guest-ready store environment.
