The O'Reilly Auto Parts team is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store leadership in delivering outstanding customer service and smooth daily operations. This role involves supervising staff, coaching teammates, and assisting in hiring and training to ensure peak performance.

The position emphasizes bilingual capabilities and a commitment to a high standard of store appearance, safety, and service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired) is preferred.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs and staff actions.
• Assist in staffing the retail counter during peak hours.
• Coach and mentor team members and support training.
• Assist in hiring, interview processes, and selection decisions.
• Ensure calls and orders are processed per policy.
• Oversee opening/closing duties and daily cash controls.
• Maintain store appearance, signage, equipment, and vehicles.
