Dollar General Corporation is seeking a Lead Sales Associate to maintain a clean, customer-first store environment. You will help customers find and purchase items, operate the cash register, stock and rotate merchandise, and assist with displays under the Store Manager’s direction.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and cash handling skills, with the ability to stand and walk most of the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of supervisory experience or related experience/training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase, collect payment, bag merchandise.
• Stock merchandise, restock and rotate on shelves, and build merchandise displays.
• Clean the store; take out trash; dust and mop store floors; clean restroom and stockroom; and help set up sidewalk displays.
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform additional duties typically performed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, in their absence.
