Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Saint Petersburg, FL to lead daily store operations, coach team members, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will handle scheduling, training, and inventory processes while upholding our brand standards and merchandising guidelines.

The role reports to Store Manager and requires a hands-on leader who can drive sales, maintain store appearance, and foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty to handle scheduling issues and complaints.
• Lead store staff through training programs and goal setting.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalations.
• Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store cleanliness.
• Manage cash handling and prepare for inventory audits.
• Organize backroom for efficiency and oversee product counts.
• Open and close the store following P&P guidelines.
• Protect company assets and manage stock transfers.
