Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a self-motivated Key Holder to help drive store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Texas location. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, coaching associates, and ensuring brand standards are met.

As a frontline leader, you will guide selling efforts, open/close procedures, and maintain visual standards while building connections with customers and teammates to create feel-good moments every day.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused approach to driving sales and delivering experiences.
• Proven track record in retail sales and customer service.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities for a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead duties delegated by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide feedback and guidance to team members.
• Drive in-store customer experiences with expert product knowledge.
• Demonstrate knowledge of policies, store strategies and brand standards.
• Set daily goals and direction for the team during shifts.
• Handle opening/closing routines and banking procedures.
