Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Key Holder in Southlake, TX to support achieving sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks. You’ll be the front-line leader, engaging customers, coaching associates, and ensuring excellent product knowledge and service delivery.

You will set daily goals, manage opening and closing routines, handle deposits, and ensure visual standards with floorset execution and marketing placement as needed.
