Job summary

In this role you will coach teammates, lead by example in outstanding service, manage shift goals, and ensure consistent visual presentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and train teammates.
• Flexibility for varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks as delegated by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide feedback to managers on performance.
• Deliver exceptional in-store experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Greet customers, uncover needs, and make personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution and visual merchandising.
• Open/close routines, including cash handling and shipments.
• Maintain safety and adherence to company policies.
