Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach the team, and ensure a premier customer experience. The role demands strong communication, leadership, and adherence to brand standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Able to drive sales and minimize loss on a retail floor.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.
• Capable of working without direct supervision and self-managing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, and coverage when Store Manager is away.
• Lead and coach store team members, monitor sales tasks, and enforce training programs.
• Maintain store operations, ensure safety, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote Lids membership programs and promotions.
• Manage cash handling, inventory accuracy, and plan/execute merchandising strategies.
