The Children's Place in Scranton, PA is seeking a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team by handling cash-wrap, opening and closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty (LOD). • Assist in developing talent through coaching conversations with associates.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support company training and development initiatives.
• Provide timely, objective feedback and uphold brand standards.
• Assess performance and deliver feedback during reviews.
• Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and positive store atmosphere.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service on the sales floor and maintain high standards.
• Represent the company professionally and positively.
• Support management to maximize productivity through knowledge and customer service.
• Participate in Leader on Duty program to drive sales and control payroll.
• Process payroll weekly and adjust schedules as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and adhere to policies.
• Ensure CRE standards and safety requirements are met.
