Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to bend, lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead implementation of company initiatives and support full operation of the business.
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve team performance and ensure policy compliance.
