POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager on Fifth Avenue to lead daily store operations, coach a high-performing team, and drive exceptional customer experiences for collectors and first-time visitors alike. You will partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals, manage merchandising, and deliver POP MART's premium brand experience.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of retail leadership, strong analytics, and a passion for designer toys, collectibles, art, and pop culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the sales floor to deliver exceptional customer experiences and set engagement standards.
• Coach Brand Associates and Sales Leads to develop a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to drive sales, KPIs, and merchandising execution.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely replenishment through cycle counts and audits.
