Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Chicago to lead store operations, coach a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop talent, and ensure POP MART brand standards on the shop floor.

You will oversee daily tasks, inventory, merchandising, and business performance while serving as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads through coaching and recognition.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by leading from the sales floor.
• Partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Oversee daily store operations, cash management, and safety compliance.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and manage inventory accuracy.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is unavailable.
