The role partners with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage daily operations, and ensure POP MART branding across in-store activities for collectors and first-time visitors alike.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of retail leadership, strong coaching abilities, and a passion for designer toys, collectibles, and pop culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to deliver strong customer experiences.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Monitor inventory, planograms, and merchandising to reflect POP MART branding.
• Drive sales performance through KPIs like conversion, UPT, ATV, and payroll productivity.
• Support onboarding and development of new team members and create a positive culture.
