POP MART is expanding its presence in the United States and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to oversee store operations. You will drive opening and closing procedures, ensure daily walkthroughs, and mentor Brand Associates to deliver a superior in-store experience.

The role requires keen attention to detail, strong merchandising discipline, and the ability to collaborate with Store Manager on events, RoboShop activities, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership and customer-facing roles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Brand Associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
