Job summary

gorjana seeks an Assistant Store Manager at our Seaport location to drive store performance, coach a high-energy team, and uphold brand standards. You will educate customers about our heritage and product lines while modeling exceptional service.

Ideal candidates are coachable, adaptable, and passionate about the gorjana brand, with at least one year in retail leadership and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist store performance and KPI achievement.
• Act as brand ambassador with passion for the brand and products.
• Develop action plans to improve performance and clienteling strategies.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and development of talent.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily store operations and scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing duties.
