Job summary

Gorjana in Jacksonville’s St. Johns Town Center is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to contribute to store performance, lead talent initiatives, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while upholding brand standards.

The role focuses on coaching, recruitment, and daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and visual standards. You’ll engage customers, educate them on our history, and drive results through teamwork and brand passion.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in a retail leadership position.
• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support overall store performance and KPI’s
• Educate customers on brand history and product knowledge
• Create effective action plans to maintain or improve performance
• Lead clienteling to build new and repeat business
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent
• Communicate initiatives clearly and energize the team
• Lead daily store operations and scheduling
• Manage inventory per SOPs and open/close duties
