Job summary

Gorjana is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to help drive store performance and customer experience. You will act as a brand ambassador, educate customers on brand history and products, and lead talent development while improving sales momentum.

You will create action plans to boost performance, build clienteling for both new and repeat business, and coach the team to uphold visual and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retail leadership role.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to lift/move at least 50 lbs.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to brand and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support store performance and KPI achievement.
• Act as brand ambassador, educate customers about history and products.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve performance.
• Build new and repeat business via clienteling.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and development of talent.
• Lead through collaboration and foster accountability.
• Communicate initiatives and goals clearly.
• Deliver best customer experience and handle returns per policy.
