Job summary

Gorjana is seeking a Store Manager for our Seaport location in Boston, MA to drive store performance, coach the team, and uphold visual standards while delivering a premier customer experience. You will lead daily operations and ensure excellent service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will recruit, onboard and develop talent, manage inventory and scheduling, and embody the brand while achieving KPI targets and supporting sales growth.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a retail leadership position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to recruit, onboard and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance and KPIs.
• Educate customers on Gorjana history and products; act as brand ambassador.
• Lead by example in customer service and store presentation.
• Schedule team members to meet business needs and budget.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shop SOPs.
• Open and close store operations.
• Recruit and develop internal and external talent.
• Communicate new initiatives and goals effectively.
