Job summary

gorjana is seeking a Store Manager for our Upper West Side location. You will drive store performance, coach a team, and ensure excellent customer experiences. You will lead hiring, training, and daily operations, maintaining brand standards and facilitating growth opportunities for staff.

The role requires a passion for the gorjana brand, adaptability, and a track record of developing talent. Open availability, ability to lift 50 lbs, and 6+ hour shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retail leadership position.
• Strong coaching and development ability.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance and KPIs.
• Act as brand ambassador with strong product knowledge.
• Lead training, onboarding, and talent development.
• Schedule staff and manage store inventory per SOPs.
• Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and customer service.
• Drive clienteling and repeat business.
