Job summary

gorjana is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance, customer experience, and brand representation. You will drive KPIs, coach a team, and ensure visual standards and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates bring retail leadership experience, talent development skills, and a passion for our brand. Open availability, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retail leadership role.
• Ability to manage store KPI performance and drive results.
• Strong recruitment, onboarding, and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance and KPI’s.
• Act as brand ambassador and educate customers on gorjana history and products.
• Train and develop staff; recruit and onboard talent.
• Schedule team to meet business needs and budget.
• Manage inventory per SOPs and maintain visual standards.
• Lead opening/closing duties and daily store operations.
