This role is based at our Seaport location and supports recruiting, coaching, scheduling, inventory control, and delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates are coachable, adaptable, and passionate about the gorjana brand. This is a full-time role requiring availability for nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced store

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a retail leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills.
