Job summary

gorjana is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Boston, MA to drive store performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the team, coach staff, and act as a brand ambassador, educating customers about our history and products.

The role involves recruiting and developing talent, managing daily operations, and upholding visual standards. The ideal candidate is adaptable, coachable, organized, and passionate about the gorjana brand, with a minimum of one year in retail

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in a retail leadership position.
• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
• Able to work full-time hours with open availability.

Responsibilities

• Sales leadership to drive store performance and KPIs.
• Act as a brand ambassador, educating customers about gorjana history and products.
• Develop action plans to maintain or improve performance.
• Build new and repeat business through clienteling and exceptional service.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing store talent.
• Communicate clearly and energize the team with new initiatives and goals.
• Lead collaboration to foster accountability and trust.
