Job summary

Rothy’s in Greenwich, CT seeks a Part-Time Keyholder to lead on the sales floor, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support store operations. As part of the leadership team, you may serve as Manager on Duty, upholding brand standards and guiding peers.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, coaching, and operational excellence, with a schedule of at least 16 hours per week and a pay range of $21.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, ideally with some leadership responsibility.
• Proven ability to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service.
• Experience supporting operational tasks such as merchandising, shipment, or stockroom leadership.
• Desire to grow your leadership skills.
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, stretch, and safely use ladders and step stools.
• Willingness to wear the brand’s shoes as part of the dress code.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week, with Peak/Non-Peak day scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model Rothy’s Experience through exceptional service and selling on the sales floor, coaching team members.
• Drive personal and team sales results by delivering the Rothy’s Experience to all customers.
• Create lasting relationships with customers through strong clienteling practices.
• Assist with in-store events and activations to engage the local community and drive sales.
• Support onboarding and training by reinforcing store standards, SOPs, service expectations, selling behaviors, and product knowledge.
• Act as Manager on Duty when assigned to ensure daily operations and visual standards.
