Job summary

Rothy's is seeking a Keyholder in Greenwich, CT, to help deliver our service-first culture on the sales floor and support store operations. You’ll act as a role model for peers, coach in the moment, and may serve as Manager on Duty to uphold brand standards in every interaction.

You are 18+, have 1–2 years in retail or customer service with leadership potential, can move 25 lbs, and can work a 40-hour week including weekends and holidays. Benefits and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail or customer service experience, ideally with some leadership responsibility.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform demanding tasks.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including peak business days and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and model Rothy's Experience through exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Coach team members and uphold brand standards in daily operations.
• Deliver strong clienteling to build lasting customer relationships.
• Support in-store events and activations to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Assist with onboarding and training to reinforce SOPs and product knowledge.
