You’ll lead by example in selling, merchandise execution, and KPI achievement, while ensuring a clean, inviting store and flexible scheduling including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous specialty apparel retail management experience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to changing fashion trends.
• Strong sales and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in achieving KPI goals.
• Lead by example with selling skills and customer service.
• Assist with merchandise strategies and maintain inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions to drive add-on sales.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Management is out.
• Work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
