Job summary

• 3+ years of experience in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• De-escalate conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual & store sales KPIs.
• Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming.
• Lead as a go-to source for styling, trends, and product knowledge.
• Capture client data and build relationships for repeat business.
• Open and close duties and maintain security of the store.
• Process sales transactions and manage cash handling.
• Prepare deposits and reconcile registers at day end.
