Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail
• Strong reliability and responsibility
• Retail schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-focused
• Cash handling and deposits with accuracy
• Able to manage tasks and maintain store cleanliness
• Identify problems and quick solutions
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer literacy
• Meticulous with financial procedures and security
• Product knowledge to assist customers and drive sales

Responsibilities

• Assist opening and closing procedures
• Maintain secure, guest-ready store and stockroom
• Provide leadership support in absence of management
• Deliver exceptional client experience and clienteling
• Achieve or exceed sales and KPIs through product knowledge
• Capture client data and follow up on inquiries and events
• Collaborate with team and management
• Process sales and cash handling accurately
• Prepare deposits and reconcile registers at end of day
• Ensure store operations run smoothly
